Video Guidelines:
Please submit a short video (maximum 30 seconds) recorded on your phone below. In the video, briefly introduce yourself and complete the statement: “Thank you Washington employers for…”. Share a short story about how they impacted you or your community.
Example: "Hi, I'm John Smith, the owner of XYZ cafe. I want to tell Washington employers, thank you for investing in the green spaces that bring our communities together."
Directions: After you record your video, select the 'Add File' button below. Select 'upload' and choose your recorded video from your device's media library and submit the form.
